How I Help

We can work together to clearly diagnose what pains you in your current work or job hunt. We'll come up together with solutions and an action plan. Our weekly sessions are to follow up on how you're doing, and remove obstacles (especially the emotional and self-inflicted ones). Sometimes we need to adjust the plan, yes?

The result: Work you enjoy or deeply accept for now so you can live a fuller work life.

About Me

I've been a career wanderlust. After a math degree at Colgate, I got a masters in acting at Brooklyn College and recently a masters in organizational psychology at Teachers College--Columbia University.

At various points in my 19 years of work, I've toured children's theater for the McCarter in Princeton, been an executive assistant for a therapist who did several Oprah appearances, managed customer service for an actuarial firm and a small manufacturer, coordinated grant proposals in Dr. Oz's office at New York Presbyterian Hospital & trained and coached employees at MTV Networks.

I've been humble enough to start over in a couple industries. Obviously I've mixed it up, and been brave about mistakes in my career. I can share what experiments to try and which to avoid.

Work Well Groups help you
